  1. Can I bring my pet?
    If your property accepts pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee. The non-refundable pet fees are included in the description on each property. The condo will let you know if it accepts pets. If the property you are reserving doesn't accept pets, and you bring them, you will be evicted with no refund.

  2. How do I make a reservation?
    TripAngle has made it simple to book online using their 24-hour booking process. Just click on the Reserve Online Now tab on each rental listing, once you have made your selection. Each owner requires any major credit card to put down a deposit that is specified on the condo you choose to book online. This deposit is to hold your condo or home and the remainder will be run on the card you have on file. The remainder is due two days prior to your arrival on nightly and weekly rentals. For Monthly stays your first month's balance is due one month prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. You may reserve online by clicking on your favorite condo or home!   3. What if something happens and I have to cancel my reservation?
    We urge you to purchase the CSA Travel Insurance when you make your reservation, so you are covered no matter what if you need to change your reservation. This travel insurance is available at the end of the reservation process, just click on the banner and fill out the information. Each property is Individually Owned and Operated. Therefore, all rates are subject to change. Our Owners accept all major Credit Cards, except American Express and require a valid Credit Card for the deposit, AND FINAL PAYMENT, which will automatically be run TWO DAYS prior to Guests arrival for nightly and weekly stays, no exceptions. For month or longer stays, the NON-Refundable final payment is automatically run 30 days prior to Guests scheduled date of arrival. If Guests Credit Card on file does not go through for our Owners or Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC, previous to Guests arrival, Owners have the right to rent out Guests reserved property, as Guests reservation becomes invalid. Please provide a good phone number for Owner to reach Guest in case of emergency or issues with Guests card. If Guest does not make arrangements, and reserved property is not rented out, Guest will still be responsible for Guests reservation. The Owner also reserves the right to send Guest to collections if any damages occur and no shows are not able to go through on the Credit Card Guest has on file. Any charges that are incurred during the collection of such charges will also be Guests responsibility. Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC and its Owners require at least a 30 day notice for cancellations. If Guest cancels with 60 or more days prior to Guests scheduled date of arrival Guest will receive back 80% of Guests deposit. If Guest cancels with 30-59 days prior to Guests arrival date, Guest will receive back 60% of Guests deposit (each Owner has their own deposit amount, which is specified when making your reservation). The $21 payable to TripAngle is non-refundable. Otherwise the deposit and total cost of Guests scheduled stay is forfeited. Cancellations made during a scheduled stay will result in forfeiture. All Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC located at 2856 S Alameda Corpus Christi, TX 78404 and postmarked for deposit refund.

  4. What time is check-in, and what time is check out?
    Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. If there is no one checking out the day you are scheduled to check-in than you may check-in anytime after 9am. These times are set to give each owners cleaning crew enough time to clean between check-ins and outs.

  5. How do I check-in?
    A confirmation, explaining this process, will be sent to you, via email. If for some reason you do not receive this confirmation, you may call our (toll free) number 866-225-1013, outside the US (901) 569-2525, and we will find an alternate way to get it to you.

  6. How close to the beach are your condos and homes?
    All advertised properties, on our site, in North Padre, Corpus Christi, and Port Aransas are either on the beach or very close. Just click on our rentals tab and look through each property, as we have taken pictures from every balcony.

  7. What Are Your Age Requirements?
    Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC and its Owners only rents to responsible parties. A responsible party must be at least 18 with a valid Credit Card to rent. A state driver’s license or other acceptable ID may be required at check-in. Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC and its Owners reserve the right to refuse

  8. How do I check out?
    Easy! Just leave your keys on the kitchen counter and lock the bottom lock as you exit. Make sure there is a key in the box on the door, so we do not have to charge the cost to you for getting a new key. DO NOT TAKE THE KEY TO ANY OF OUR FRONT DESKS AT ANY OF THE COMPLEXES, AS THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH OUR OWNERS. On the properties that have the Keyless Locks, just turn the knob when you depart, and the owner or clenaing crew will be arriving from 11-12. Drive home safe and our owners look forward to seeing you again next year!

  9. Are linens, towels, dinnerware, and/or silverware provided?
    Yes, each owner provides one set of linens, at least 4 bath and 2 hand towels, dinnerware, silverware, and basic cookware. There is either coin-operated washers and dryers in every complex or in each condo/home. However, the owners do suggest bringing extra bath towels and beach towels. Also, extra linens, if you feel one set is not enough.

  10. What Is The Processing Fee For?
    The $21 processing fee is to allow Texas Coastal Vacations to use TripAngles booking software. This lowers the overhead to the owners, so they are able to pass the savings on to each of their guests.

  11. Is there a cleaning fee?
    NO, NOT AT ALL, AS LONG AS YOU STAY FOR TWO OR MORE NIGHTS! There is an additional fee for a one night stay, please inquire.

  12. Can I bring my boat, trailer, and/or RV?
    You may in some complexes and homes, please inquire and we will let you know. Some complexes charge for this, but it is very resonable.

  13. Does it have a Swimming Pool or Hot Tub?
    Most of the owners properties do have these amenities. When you go to our rentals page and click on your property, it will have this in the Features section. You may also call to see if your property has any of these features.

    There are tons of Grocery and Convenient stores near all of our rentals in Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, and North Padre.

  16. Do you have Telephones and or Internet?
    Most of the properties on our site do not have phones, as most of the population has cell phones. Our owners pass these savings on to you, the customer! You may check the property you are reserving to see about Internet. If there is Internet, it will be in the Features section of your property.

  17. Is there daily maid service?
    Maid service provided prior to check-in and after check out. Some owners will provide additional daily, weekly, or monthly maid service for a small fee, please inquire to get rates.

  18. Do weeks run from Sunday to Sunday?
    Not at all! Each owner's week consist of seven nights and eight days, starting on the day you check-in.

  19. When Do I Get The Deposit Back?
    Each owner applies your deposit to your balance. So, the deposit is non-refundable because it is a part of your balance.

  20. Are cleaning supplies provided?
    No, but Wal-Mart is never too far away! However, either a vacuum or broom and dust pan should be there.

  21. What appliances are provided?
    Usually at least a Toaster, Coffee Pot, Can Opener, and Microwave! All of the properties are individually owned and operated, so it all depends on what the owner has in their property. Sometimes they have much more, sometimes less. It is up to the owner, but you usually have at least these above.

  22. Is there anywhere close I may get online?
    YES!! Corpus Christi, North Padre, and Port Aransas are ahead of the curve as far as WiFi goes. We have Starbucks and internet cafes all around town also, so you may enjoy your favorite beverage while you check your emails!

  23. What is theTax Rate?
    Properties in Corpus Christi have a tax rate of 15%. 7% City, 6% Hotel, and 2% for the new Convention Center, American Bank Center. Properties in North Padre and Port Aransas have a 13% tax rate. 7% city and 6% hotel.
